Started during the holiday season of 2019, Mecalma resulted from an idea to give handmade candles as a gift. Our candlemaking efforts transitioned beyond that Christmas as we sought to improve our process, ingredients, and aromas.

Over 100 tests later, we perfected our craft and chose four unique fragrances. By avoiding paraffin or palm oil, including local and sustainably sourced ingredients, and taking a step-by-step approach to candlemaking, we produce environmentally conscious candles.

Today, we continue to use our one-by-one candle making process to make rejuvenating scents that you’re sure to love.
